By downloading and using Fahrkunst, you agree to the following strict operational guidelines and terms.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Fahrkunst is a telemetry tracking tool designed strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. You, the driver, are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in full compliance with local traffic laws.

THE DEVELOPER ASSUMES ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, VEHICLE WEAR (INCLUDING SUSPENSION OR DRIVETRAIN FATIGUE), ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, FATALITIES, OR TRAFFIC CITATIONS (FINES) INCURRED WHILE USING THIS APPLICATION. Do not let the pursuit of telemetry scores or focus multipliers distract you from safe driving.

2. IN-APP PURCHASES (PRO ENGINE)

Fahrkunst offers a one-time, lifetime premium unlock ("Pro Engine").

• Billing and transactions are securely processed by Apple via StoreKit.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support, as the Developer does not process or hold your financial data.
• The Developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Pro Engine features in future updates to maintain system stability and performance.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, UI designs, cryptographic verification algorithms, and branding (including the name "Fahrkunst") are the exclusive property of the Developer. Reverse engineering, distributing modified binaries, or attempting to forge cryptographic session logs is strictly prohibited.

4. NO WARRANTY

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While engineered for precision, the Developer does not warrant that telemetry data, G-force readings, or mechanical wear impact detections are 100% accurate, as they depend on the physical mounting stability of your device and internal hardware constraints.
